Meet Our Founder

Camila Arrate was born and raised in Miami, Florida, in a resilient immigrant household that shaped her values of service, integrity, and determination. She became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2021 and is currently pursuing a degree in Community Health. Naturally bilingual in Spanish and English, Camila brings cultural fluency in all patient interactions.

Her favorite clinical skill—phlebotomy—offered a rare calm in the chaos of healthcare, a moment of precision and connection that grounded her daily work. That same clarity now fuels her entrepreneurial vision.

As the founder of Lab On Call PLLC, Camila delivers mobile diagnostics with compassion across Washington’s South Sound region. Her work reflects a steadfast commitment to equity, ethical care, and systems that serve with both heart and rigor.
